YWAM Lima (Youth With A Mission Lima), based in Lima, Peru, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website.

If sensitive information is shared during applications (for example, health-related details), we store it securely and limit access to authorized staff only.

  • It is necessary to provide ministry services (applications, contact requests)
  • It is our legitimate interest (site security and improvement)

  • School or staff applications: up to 7 years
  • Donation records: 7 years or longer if legally required

  • Cloudflare (hosting, security, performance)
  • Salesforce (customer relationship management)
  • Stripe or similar services (donations or payments)

When you submit a form on our website, your information may be securely processed and stored using our customer relationship system (Salesforce).

These providers may process data on servers outside Peru, including the United States or the European Union.

These providers only process data as needed to perform their services on our behalf.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it unnecessarily.

We may share information only when necessary with:

  • Payment processors (to complete transactions)
  • Service providers who help operate our website
  • Legal authorities when required by law
  • Partner ministries/churches only with your permission (when applicable)

No internet system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and handle it responsibly.
