We are establishing a YWAM community in Lima, Peru — rooted in God’s presence, shaped by His Word, and sent to the nations.

Lima is a city of over 11 million people — a place of influence, diversity, and deep spiritual hunger.
Many have heard of God, but few are rooted in His Word or living in close relationship with Him.
We believe God is inviting us to establish a community here that becomes a place of discipleship, Bible engagement, and sending.

We are not just building a ministry—we are building a community shaped by God’s presence, shared life, and discipleship.
We refuse to build at the speed of urgency—we build at the pace of God’s voice. This means slowing down when others would move faster, choosing prayer over pressure, and learning to discern together. You will be invited into a process—not just a plan.
We choose to stay, to love, and to remain—especially when it would be easier to leave. This looks like staying when things are hard, choosing commitment over preference, and building with people over time. Community here is not casual—it is covenantal.
Our lives, our community, and our spaces should make Jesus visible—not ourselves. This means how you live matters as much as what you do. You carry Jesus into everyday spaces—through humility, integrity, and love.
We refuse to build a busy community—we are committed to becoming a whole one. We choose health over hurry. This means embracing limits, practicing Sabbath, and valuing formation over productivity.
We are not just gathering people—we are sending them. You are not just joining a community—you are stepping into a sending life. From Lima, we participate in God’s mission—locally and globally.

We want to be honest about this season. We are still building in several areas, and we see that as part of the invitation.

We are still clarifying roles, care structures, and the support needed for a healthy long-term team culture.
We are still growing in areas like administration, hospitality, logistics, and the systems needed to sustain the work well.
We are still learning, adapting, and rooting ourselves more deeply in the Peruvian context as we build with humility.
